Safety and abuse
Use the in-app Report and Block actions for unwanted contact or content. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency service available in your location. UmeCall is not an emergency telephone service.
Privacy requests
You can request access, correction, export or deletion through Help & Support. We may ask for proportionate identity verification. Never give a password or verification code to support.
Advertising and privacy choices
UmeCall's next Android closed-test update is being prepared to show clearly labelled Google test advertisements in Stories, between conversations in the Chats list, on another user's Profile and in the ended-call summary. Ads are not shown during active or incoming calls or inside private conversations. The current iPhone build remains advertising-disabled. Live advertising stays inactive until Google's account/app approvals, store disclosures, consent controls and activation checks are ready.
Requests are non-personalized only and use Google's general-audience content filter. Ads require an adult declaration: an existing under-18 UME declaration always prevents ads. Otherwise an optional 18 or older / Under-18 / Skip advertising choice is saved on this device for the current account. No date of birth is requested. Under-18, Skip, unknown age or unavailable eligibility means no ads; chat and calls remain available. Advertising settings lets you revisit the local choice and Google's Privacy choices. Non-personalized ads can still process device/network information and require Google's consent interface where applicable. UmeCall does not send private message/call content, address-book numbers or precise shared location to select ads.
