To request deletion in the app, open Settings → Account → Delete account and complete the confirmation steps. The request deactivates the account and starts the 30-day cancellation period shown in UmeCall.
If you cannot access the app, call +34 632 850 864 to arrange a written request and identity verification. Never send a password or verification code.
What happens to your data
After the cancellation period, deletion proceeds through the applicable account, content, media, provider, backup and legal-retention checks. Some records may be retained where needed for security, abuse reports, legal obligations or valid legal claims. Copies independently saved by recipients are outside UmeCall's control.
